In order to proceed with the forwarding of the order and therefore the conclusion of this contract, some data are required from the Consumer, such as name, surname, shipping address and telephone number. The data will be requested through PayPal, if the Consumer chooses to use this platform to complete the payment. The Consumer, in any case, acknowledges that the personal data provided will be recorded and used by the Seller Masseria Manone, in accordance with and in compliance with the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 196/1003 and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), to execute each purchase made through the Site and, subject to his/her consent, for any additional activities as indicated in the specific privacy information provided to the Consumer through the Site at the time of registration.

The Consumer declares and guarantees that the data provided to the Seller during the registration and purchase process are correct and truthful.

Payment Method

Payment for the price of the Products purchased through the Site must be made at the same time as the order on the Site or through PayPal, AmazonPay or Apple Pay. The Consumer expressly accepts that the execution of the contract by the Seller will begin when the price of the Product(s) purchased is credited to the Seller's current account. Payment may be made through the Site or through PayPal, AmazonPay, ApplePay or by Cash on Delivery (see further information below). The Seller may allow additional payment methods, indicating them in the payments section of the Site.

In order to take advantage of the cash on delivery service and counteract any incorrect behaviour by undisciplined customers, it is essential to be aware of and accept the conditions listed below:

  • Once the order is confirmed, you have until the moment of shipment to cancel it;
  • Once the order has been shipped, it can only be cancelled by paying the shipping costs (outward, storage and return);
  • By choosing the payment on delivery method, the buyer is bound to collect and pay for the goods, the package cannot be refused for any reason;
  • The buyer at the time of purchase is required to provide a correct and valid shipping address for delivery;
  • The buyer is required to indicate his/her name on the bell; if this is not possible, he/she is required to indicate the name on the bell in addition to his/her name (e.g.: Francesca Rossi c/o Giovanni Verdi);
  • In case of absence or malfunction of the bell, it is necessary to notify us so that we can indicate it to the courier;
  • The courier is not required to call by telephone before delivery;
  • The courier does not have specific times for delivery and it is not possible to choose a precise time for delivery, therefore it is necessary to be available at home for delivery, cash on delivery is not recommended if you are not able to stay at home;
  • The courier makes two delivery attempts, the buyer is required to be available to collect the package within the second attempt, in case of storage due to the absence of the recipient the package will be considered refused;
  • Our orders are processed within 24/48 working hours, however delays in deliveries or errors by the courier are possible (although rare), such delays are not justifications for any refusal of the package;
  • Failure to deliver due to refusal, incorrect address or unavailability of the customer will result in the charging of shipping costs (outward, storage and return) for a minimum amount of 30.00 euros to be paid by the customer;
  • In the event of non-payment of expenses, we will proceed with the forced recovery of the amounts with additional costs and reporting to the authorities for the crime of fraudulent insolvency.(Art. 641 of the Penal Code) punishable by 2 years of imprisonment and a fine of 516 euros.
