Who we are

It went more or less like this.
January 2023, Headquarters of Zumbat HUB, Marketing and Development company.
Back at the office from Christmas holidays, Regina, 23 years old and a graphic designer, tells the Marketing team that, between one binge and another, she devoted herself to doing a puzzle after years and years since the last time.
“What a shame!” he exclaims.
“Putting down the phone and disconnecting from everything, concentrating only on those pieces you have in your hands to find their place in the composition was an almost magical experience. The mind relaxes, other thoughts fade away and you are completely immersed in the present activity”.
What a shame, though, that they are all so ugly and stale: the Colosseum, the Eiffel Tower, a very grey Scandinavian landscape or yet another reproduction of Van Gogh's Starry Night Over the Rhone.
Is it possible that this is the best that the historic and most renowned puzzle companies can do?
In the end, it took Regina just a few days and a bit of market research to convince the entire office that the time had come to recognize the opportunity and seize it first.
Okay, let's do it. We're going to create the coolest puzzle brand in the world.
If we want to aim high, higher than the big names in this industry, we have to aim for the stars.
Completely lacking any technical knowledge of puzzles, but full of ideas, energy and determination (and a lot, lot, of sarcasm) we threw ourselves headlong into this project.
“Missione Puzzle” was the first name of our TikTok account, a platform we chose from the very beginning to tell this adventure and look for people who loved puzzles and would support us on this journey.
Hands down, we can say that we have had a fair amount of success on TikTok. In just a few months, we have reached thousands of puzzle black belt fans, aspiring puzzlers, and nostalgic enthusiasts who, like us, had abandoned this pastime after childhood. All of the same opinion: the offer of puzzles kindly offered by today's companies is truly VOM*****.
We are now convinced, the fate of puzzles is in our hands.
Up until July, there followed months of intense research, surveys, brainstorming sessions, videos, phone calls, email exchanges to create the brand and packaging, select artists to collaborate with, choose suppliers, organize logistics and create a solid community.
One million two hundred and seventy thousand second thoughts, laughter, arguments, changes, agreements, “we can do better” after… we did it.
This Puzzle is online now.
